Yes. In today’s busy world, you want to be confident that with the limited time that you do have available to train, it is without doubt the best possible use of that valuable time. Regardless of how many hours you spend on the bike, we will ensure that each minute counts and that you are training for quality. Even if you can only spend a few hours a week on the bike, PCS will design your program so that your precious time is not wasted and exploits those opportunities to squeeze in hard quality training when it counts so you can reap all the benefits. Each part of the Periodisation cycle is developed precisely to improve specific energy systems and achieve certain physical and psychological adaptations in the overall training plan.
Most people on the program will see improvements within the first four weeks.

Pricing is formulated on the level of coach contact time you require to keep you focused, motivated and on track to achieving your goals. Your coach builds your training program from scratch using information from your Athlete Profile and Enrolment Forms, Field Tests, and ongoing personal interaction and is loaded into a platform called Today’s Plan. On a regular basis your coach reviews your training and any power or heart rate files you provide, and adjusts your program accordingly. Frequent communication is encouraged so your coach can better monitor your progress and provide guidance for optimal performance.
PCS training programs are for EVERYONE! Purpose built and designed specifically to your individual needs and goals. Whether you want to become the next World, National, State or Club champion, or just want to become a better rider,
PCS will help maximise your potential and get those all important tangible results.
