Sign Up and Share Your Details
During the sign-up process, provide as much information as possible, including:
- Available training time for each day of the week
- Total number of training days per week
- Total training hours per week
- Your goal event (if you’re aiming to peak for a specific race or competition)
Personalised Training Based on Your Equipment
Training can be tailored to either heart rate (HR), power-based metrics, or a combination of both, depending on the equipment you have available (including smart trainers).
Seamless TrainingPeaks Integration
- If you already have a TrainingPeaks account, we will link it to your coach’s profile.
- If you’re new to TrainingPeaks, we’ll create your account and set it up for you.
Customised Plan Creation
Your coach, Donna Dall, will then design your personalised training plan within TrainingPeaks, ensuring it aligns with your goals and schedule.
