Progressive Coaching System athletes excelled over the weekend both nationally and locally in a number of different disciplines...Road, XC and Gravity Enduro! Please continue to read my story...
Cameron Wright travelled to Victoria to contest the National Junior Hill Climb Championship and came away with 5th place in U/17. Cam was feeling really good on the42km course with 1300m of climbing! Ouch! was in second place with 200m to go and timed his break a little too early but that's racing!
Ethan Kelly won the pairs and the 12hr Piney event outright while in Cairns Wayne Evans won his local road race. A solid win after a solid block of racing and training.
Loic Fery had a crack in Elite at the Gravity Enduro event held at Garapine and came away with 3rd place! Great effort for the youngster!
And locally David Penhaligon took out the final round of the Wild West Series at Walloon and also took out the series. Jonathon Dodds came away with 3rd today in B grade of the same race and 2nd in the series.
Awesome effort by all the athletes and some solid results after some focussed training! More work and rewards are coming their way! Check out the pics below...
