Ability Levels PCS Coach
Novice, Beginners and Sport Class - This is a great entry level into cycling and is for riders who are new to the sport and have a low to medium level of fitness. Generally speaking there are no age restrictions if you are entering a race in any of these categories.
Elite & Professional – This is the highest level of competition. Progressive Coaching Systems has an exclusive training program specifically designed for athletes who wish to attain selection in their respective National Team, representing their country at World Championships, Commonwealth Games and Olympic Games.
With extensive experience preparing athletes for World Championship events as well as hands on coaching experience at World Championships in Austria, Switzerland and France, PCS knows exactly the type of commitment, dedication and specifics required of an athlete at World Cup and World Championship levels.
Not only are we experienced in the physical and psychological preparation required but we can also assist athletes in the management of their logistics including travel plans, interpreting selection policies and assisting with the selection application process where appropriate.
