We offer three levels of coaching packages (Bronze, Silver and Gold). When choosing your coaching program, we suggest the level of coach contact time you require to keep you focused, motivated and on track to achieving your goals.

 PCS TERMS & CONDITIONS

*PCS Powercalls are private accountability calls with your coach to discuss your training. This is your time and your session so we can discuss anything from season goal setting to getting into the details such as analysing your training data. PCS Powercalls are 30mins and are designed to keep you on-track, help stay motivated and kick those goals that you’ve always dreamed of! PCS Powercalls must be scheduled and booked in with your coach prior to each call. Powercalls are by phone, Facetime, Skype or Google Hangouts and will not roll over to the following month if they do not get used.

**At the heart of all PCS Coaching Packages is the PCS training programs. Each day is detailed with specific training components such as specific intervals and planned time per session. The program does not leave athletes guessing! We include specific times for each interval type, warm-ups and warm-downs. PCS training programs are continuously being reviewed and developed. They are tailored and personalised specific to your needs and goals. PCS uses the Today's Plan platform which is an intelligent training system for riders of all levels. The Today's Plan application boasts some pretty powerful analytics which offers new ways to understand and track your progress. The platform provides an unrivalled level of efficiency and customisation for coaches, team managers and their athletes.
