How does it work?

Your coach builds your training program from scratch every 3 months (13 weeks), using information from your Athlete Profile and Enrolment Form, Field Tests, and ongoing personal interaction. On a regular basis depending on the level of coaching you choose, your coach reviews your diary, and any power or heart rate files you provide, and adjusts your program accordingly. Frequent communication is encouraged so your coach can better monitor your progress and provide guidance for optimal performance.
